Thousands of rubber ducks will race down the Rappahannock for a chance to win prizes. The derby is expected to begin around 3:00 PM.

FXBG Rubber Ducky Derby
The FXBG Duck Derby is one of the biggest moments of Quacktoberfest! Adopt a rubber duck before the event and then join us at Riverfront Park as the ducks hit the water around 3:00 PM.
Each adopted duck is entered into the race for a chance to win prizes, while helping support Friends of the Rappahannock & The City’s FUNd Parks Fund.

Become a Vendor
We’re looking for businesses, makers, community organizations, and food trucks to join us at Riverfront Park for Quacktoberfest.
With families and visitors spending the afternoon at the festival, this is a great opportunity to introduce your business, sell your products, or connect with the community.
Participating vendors are responsible for securing any required City of Fredericksburg business licenses. Food vendors may also be required to provide applicable health department and fire inspection documentation.
