The South American Wine Dinner at Cork & Table features five delectable courses paired with five exquisite wines. The courses include:
- Phyllo Triangles with Goat Cheese, paired with N/V Miguel Torres Estelado Sparkling Rose
- Puree of Roast Carrots with Crab Meat, Cilantro, and Ginger, paired with 2023 Miguel Torres Cordillera Chardonnay
- Roast Duck Sausage with Forbidden Rice, Wild Mushrooms, and Kirsch Reduction, paired with 2021 Miguel Torres Cordillera Carmenere
- Roast Venison Loin with Sweet Potato Puree and Port Reduction, paired with 2021 Vina Las Perdices Malbec Reserva
- Dark Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Berries, paired with 2020 Mayol Cuatro Primos Red Blend Uco Valley
This divine dinner event is $125 per person plus tax and gratuity.
