Meet Your Mentor:
Bridget Regan is a retail consultant and entrepreneur with a long track record of success in the retail & events industries. At her current firm, Regan Agency, Bridget and team launched a 20,000 square foot concept store called Concept 31/M in a long-vacant property in Georgetown, achieving over $40k in gross marketplace revenue within the first three months and winning a “Best Store” award. She also designed and launched athleisure boutique Flex All Day in Wildwood, Bethesda, again winning a “Best New Store” award.
Previously, Bridget was the Managing Director of a DC-area event marketing agency, which she grew to the #1 fastest-growing agency in the country, and was also founder & CEO of an event management & community engagement software platform for retail stores. She has opened more than a dozen retail boutiques for CorePower Yoga across the country as its National Area Developer, while simultaneously doubling same-studio sales by utilizing innovative sales & marketing strategies across more than 30 existing locations.
Bridget has volunteered on the Georgetown BID’s retail committee, and has been a featured speaker for local organizations including the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (EDC), for which she provides guidance on growing & scaling profitable small businesses across the region.
Today, Bridget loves partnering with various brick-and-mortar businesses throughout the DMV to help with branding, marketing, and operations – whatever they might need to help their businesses thrive.
